HSP is a non-profit organization representing the different Hmong communities throughout the southeast of the United States of America, particularly, the state of North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.  HSP is a non-profit nonpartisan cultural organization existing to preserve the heritage and rich cultures of the Hmong.

The mission of this organization is:

1. To secure and preserve Hmong art and culture; 
2. To practice, promote, and coordinate cultural activities and Hmong New Year Celebration (Tsiab Pebcaug); 
3. To teach, assist, and promote Hmong cultural music and arts;
4. To establish a facility or a recreational center for the Hmong New Year Celebration; cultural activities, and cultural preservations;
5. To promote educational and family value.
